Historic West Fourth

Community and Brand

The National Register of Historic Places designated the West Fourth Street Historic District in 1976, and has expanded the footprint several times since. In the past two years. Historic West Fourth Street now stands on the precipice of a new era. The generations that came before echo in the alleys, reverberating from the flourished gables and cornices. The next chapter of our story will be told by you: the creatives and strivers, the entrepreneurs and builders.

Historic West Fourth’s future is a re-imagination of its past where families seek memories, where the hungry seek satiation, where the next generation of hearts and minds find a home. With the help of artists, designers, developers, restaurateurs, and retailers we’ve created a destination— a district representing the evolution of Cincinnati’s urban tapestry.

What will you add to our story? Your future is on Fourth Street, where history comes alive.
